In response to the unique nature of each project, we tailor our design process according to several important factors. These include: the personalities and tastes of the Client team; the level of development of the project's program; and, finally, the priorities expressed by the client during design, such as project image, time frame, and construction methods and costs. Often a project will require a fast track, design-build or otherwise specified process. Our firm's goal is to assure a smooth process, in whatever form it takes, from beginning to end. As a firm that focuses on quality design, we take very seriously our clients emphasis on cost, quality and the value they assign to their finished project. Each architectural firm develops a design approach according to methods that have been applied and evaluated over time. We recognize our firm's role in establishing a design that will respond to a series of goals and priorities, while offering our training and expertise toward realizing our Client's vision. As a result, we maintain an interactive, intense design process drawing from a high level of involvement with our Client. We believe that successful projects result from a cohesive Project Team involving the Client, the Architect, and optimally, the Contractor, each participating as appropriate throughout the various stages of the project. At project completion, the best solutions originate from effective communication and team interaction, ultimately providing the Client with an intimate sense for the project as their own design. |
