The
1886 Dr. Eugene Clark Library Roof Waterproofing & Restoration
for the City of Lockhart was performed under a Texas Historical Commission
grant in 1988, while Robert Steinbomer was in the RioGroup Architects
partnership. This restoration involved extensive research
and documentation of existing structure, measured drawings of the
upper part of the structure, and research into the original roofing
material, along with numerous interviews and site visits. |
