Taze joined Studio Steinbomer in early 2018. He was born and raised in Austin, TX, then moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2008 to study architecture at the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas. Upon graduating with a bachelor of architecture degree in 2014 he returned to Austin and began to explore the architectural profession through several different environments. Taze brings with him a vast array of design knowledge from his experiences in construction management, steel fabrication, woodworking, carpentry and as a project designer for multi-family housing, commercial offices, and residential architecture.
Taze has a high interest in urbanism and is a member of the Congress of New Urbanism. He has also taught shop training workshops with Design Build Adventure and a Women in Welding workshop with Drophouse Design.
