Project Description

AUSTIN, TX

Bull Creek residence is a new construction located in Central Austin. True to mid-century modern design, continuity between interior and exterior spaces was a primary goal, achieved through the connection of indoor living areas to
covered porches for outdoor living and extending to the adjacent cabana
and pool areas. While designing the house, our team embraced the challenge of integrating a
protected cedar elm centered in the back yard; The floor plan was rotated 21 degrees from the south property line
resulting in playful spaces that invites you to view from
different perspectives inside and out.

Sustainability and healthy living were paramount project goals, and many
innovative systems promoting these goals were included in the design.
The house has been recognized and rated by the Austin Energy Green
Building Program.

The end result is a beautiful, versatile home that promotes and balances
intimate family life with endless opportunities for entertaining friends and
guests.
