AUSTIN, TX

The owner of this residence was looking to transform the interior spaces of the original home in a way that both modernized the overall style, as well as, take full advantage the fantastic view and exterior patio space. The use of neutral, yet contemporary materials allows the exterior view and the owner’s collection of rare artwork act as the primary focal points of the newly renovated space.

Updated features include new wood flooring and lighting fixtures throughout, a prominent entry with new front doors, an enlarged kitchen and dining room with a fireplace, all new cabinets in the laundry room, and bathroom renovation.
