The Primrose Retail Development is in the heart of the rapidly growing city of Lockhart, TX. This project is the culmination of many years of collaboration and creative visioning between us and local contractor: Countywide Builders.

The primary goal of this project was to create a new, modern development that would foster the continuing growth of local businesses in a sustainably focused design. The use of wood-like cement board siding adjacent to a neutrally painted stucco provides opportunities to incorporate warm, natural tones into the exterior cladding that would be inviting to visitors, as well as, durable and low-maintenance.
