The 32nd Street residence stands as a testament to a meticulous collaboration between our team, the homeowners, and the skilled craftsmen at Crowell Builders. Situated within the confines of a National Historic District, our paramount concern was to ensure the seamless integration of any new work with the prevailing design aesthetics of the existing dwelling.
The comprehensive renovation encompassed the transformation of the lower-level primary suite and kitchen, alongside a second-story extension housing three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a cozy family room. Notably, the rejuvenation of the detached garage involved the incorporation of a half bathroom, catering to the newly added pool. The garage’s attic was also elegantly repurposed into a studio space, complete with a fully appointed bathroom.
The outcome achieved a seamless design harmony, effortlessly integrating the new addition to appear as an inherent part of the original structure.
