The owner of this 3 story condominium came to our team looking to modernize the interior design of the existing residence while remaining true to the exterior character of the surrounding complex. Utilizing a direct view of the Texas State Capital and an adjacent pecan tree, we were presented with a unique opportunity to create a sizable outdoor living space outside of the living room that is naturally shaded and provides straight views Austin Skyline.
